My service rep, Joey was exceptional
Sam and the team at Jack Daniels Audi Service provided excellent customer service on a freshly out of warranty issue I was having with my S4. They went ahead and resolved the issue at no cost to me which I greatly appreciated. They are always great at communicating and making sure any issues are resolved.
Came in for an oil change. Had no issues at all!!!
Although they are going through a construction facelift, they were still able to keep a timely schedule.
