Very disappointed with the service. No one managed our expectations properly with the car: one person would call my wife saying the car is ready and then another saying it will take another day. Then I got the car and there was internal car lining that was visible outside. Hah they said the car was clean and then I started driving (and there were streaks all over the windows). I have my Audi for 5 more months and cannot wait to get another car from another manufacturer. Determine factor is the service
