Great customer service and quick turn around time, thank you & highly recommend!
It is really a pleasure coming into the service center. My service technician Joseph always makes things easy and explains every detail what they do with the video diagnostic of your car explaining everything is simply amazing.
The "gentleman" for lack of a better word that tended to my wife was extremely rude and unprofessional. My wife was very upset and even started crying when explaining the rudeness of Sam. She expressed this to the employee who bought out the loaner and he simply stated and I quote, "he's from another country, he's like that but he gets the job done and is under alot of pressure" I could care less about the pressure he is under because we all are and if you can't take said pressure maybe you shouldn't be in customer service.
