Horrible service and zero communication. Jack Daniels Audi in Paramus is a complete sham. They are slow, unprofessional, and clearly don't care about their customers once you're through the door. Avoid at all costs
After difficulties and borderline scam/fraudulent behavior and incompetence at other Audi dealership service centers, Paramus provided exceptionally professional service and work. Jethro, my advisor, was amazing, and collected a wide variety of issues left open by another authorized service provider, oversaw the process with acute detail, and delivered on all, with great communication, in faster than expected time. 02/04/2025 update: There should be an option to give this place a 0 star rating. It has been over a month and I am still waiting for my $400 loaner fee return. Loaner department has no idea what’s going on. Manager doesn’t return emails. Dealing with this service center has been a nightmare. 01/12/2026 update : Spoke to the service manager and he has taken care of the mess his mechanic made.
