Dan my salesperson was extremely helpful, Chris the sales manager did everything he could to make me happy and earn my business, Micheal in finance made the paperwork easy and painless and Farid my technologist had a wealth of knowledge and conveyed everything in a user friendly way! All in all Jack Daniels’ staff treated me with respect and kindness! I would highly recommend them!

I came in for a check engine light. I was then told I needed a new engine. No thorough explanation, no video/photo evidence of damaged that was claimed to happen on engine. Nothing. And no explanation of why I had a check engine light. I had to call back and figure out what was going on with my car, no one reached out to me. When I asked for more details and explained how I needed my car for work, I was told to just leave it there for an additional 3 days with no courtesy car available.
