I believe in personalized care, education and attention to detail. I am fellowship trained in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine with one of the founders of the discipline, and have over twenty years of experience in Sports Medicine, Joint Replacement and Fracture Care. I take time to educate patients, draw for them and have educational content available on my office web site at www.sportsmedcenter.com. When patients come to see me, they see me, not a physicians assistant or nurse practitioner.

I have been treating with Dr Goldstein for many years and he always spend plenty of time listening to me and explaining my diagnosis. I have never felt rushed at any of my appointments. Also great bedside manner.
I had hand surgery from. Dr. Goldstein. He is the best. Top. Doctor around. Nice and great to deal with A-11111
I saw Dr. Goldstein for my right knee in early 2020. After X-rays, MRI and the full work up, he told me we could do surgery but he didn’t see an absolute need for it as my meniscus had only minor tears and I seemed to be healing well. I liked that he gave me the option but wasn’t over-eager to do surgery. overall, he was thorough, careful, and really made me feel that my relatively minor problem was important to him. I wish he specialized in pretty much everything else so I could come to him as a GP or for other specialties,... read more
This guy is really good! He diagnosed my shoulder in like 10 minutes... 3 other doctors had already told me nothing was wrong with it.. At first I though the surgery didn't work, because just about 2 months after the surgery I was back to having pretty much the same pain as before the surgery, but its now maybe a year later, and I am having very little pain in my shoulder. I had been living with shoulder pain for like 10 years prior to Dr. Goldstein....
He is very thorough and answers all of your questions. He has a great personality and bedside manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an orthopedic physician. You will not be disappointed.
our family has been going to Dr. Goldstein for over 25 years. He treated my mother, me, my husband, my son and also evaluated our teenage grandchild with hip pain. He's a no nonsense, straight shooting doctor who cares about his patients. hope he has no plans to retire soon.
I had surgery on my left knee 2 years ago. Dr. Goldstein is kind, understanding, gentle, precise and has good bedside manners. He is exceptionally intelligent and very thorough with your diagnosis and thorough procedures. He has an awesome personality and he is an amazing physician whom I can highly recommend to anyone in need of an orthopedic specialist.
Start to finish it was excellent. I suffered for 20 years and now my right knee is better than new. In two weeks I was walking with no assistance. I was diligent in my physical therapy for 12 weeks. I have full extension of my leg. My surgery was done at Miriam Hospital Orthopedic Center.
