Highly impressed with the customer service at Jack Chevrolet! I inquired about our new Chevy traverse at 8:30 in the morning. Within minutes I received a video from a wonderful sales woman named Stephanie. In the video she showed me every detail about said vehicle. I recently purchased a 2026 Chevy Suburban from Jack Chevrolet in Saco, ME, and had an excellent experience working with Tim Turner and the team. Buyer be EXTREMELY aware- Bought a preowned vehicle- was roped into their WILDLY expensive extra coverage- not a problem I agreed to it, I just felt it was worth mentioning as they do zero explaining the cost and instead say “it’s gonna change your payment like 50-80 a month” (it costs like 6 grand) Anyway- that’s not the problem, just want to prevent others from getting robbed.
