Probably some of the nicest people I've ever met! They answered all my questions and walked me through everything I needed! I found my pet supply store for life!
Love this store. 90% of my pet's things are from here. Great quality products to choose from. The staff always has answers to my questions.
We love that we can get high quality cat food right in town! It saves us a trip to Saginaw and we love the friendly service at Jack & Charlie's.
Had a wonderful first time experience in this store! Owner's are super knowledgable and friendly. They also carry "Fromm" and have a rewards program to go with it :)
