Amazing customer experience. All my questions were answered and the owner helped me when it came to choosing a healthy food for my dog. If you have a pet you must come to Jack and Charlies.
You'll feel very welcoming and friendly help.
Love that we can take the dog in for a wash and then buy him a treat in the store.
Had a dirty large German Shepard this weekend... and luckily the spa was open... even on a Sunday! very clean, easy to use, complimentary aprons and towels! cost less than the groomers and our pup loved it!!
Owners are amazing and so helpful! The doggy wash is set up for ease of use and convenience. We loved our experience and so did our 108 lb baby, Casey! Great products available in the store as well!

Bathed my 2 Bouviers in a half an hour. I'll be back, tub was wonderful and my back not killing me. I suggest their Bathing area for a quick bath anytime. Also affordable.
