We had a synthetic materials roof installed in 2003. The synthetic tiles were discontinued in 2005. In 2024 the roof was in need of repairs and we wanted to replace it. We discussed the project with various roofers but nobody offered an acceptable solution. Jack Cella of Priority Roofing offered that they could supply a stone coated steel roof fully paid by the insurance company, except our deductible. Jack first approached me a couple of years ago. I had given up on getting my roof replaced because my carrier claimed I had no damage. Jack was able to help me document the true extent of the damage and eventually with legal help, I was able to get the new roof. Through it all, Jack was patient and encouraging. They did great work and put extra effort in making sure that the slate they used was of the highest quality and made a perfect match with my existing slate. We are very pleased.
