Worst place to choose to fight traffic tickets. I had a simple speeding ticket which they charged me for the day I called and didn't go into court for 3 months. At the end of 3 months they asked me to pay exactly what the court had initially asked. So I had to pay the $250 + the $70 these guys charged for doing nothing. Don't trust them!

I have used Jack Byno several times over the last few years and have always been pleased with the results. I was never expecting to "get out of the ticket", just to keep it off my record. And yes, I could have gone to the courthouse to plead for deferred adjudication myself, but after having done that before and wasting half a day, I decided that his firm could more easily handle it. He is a time saver, not a magician.

So I called to have my ticket price hopefully reduced and keep off my record. They charged 75$ and did NOT get the ticket reduced. Now I'm out even more money then before. This firm obviously dose not fight very hard for you. Won't come back won't refer WONT have good things to say.

I have nothing but good things to say about this firm , I had several traffic tickets and Fiona, one of the attorneys at this firm not only took care of my tickets but she saved me 360 dollars!!! thank you so much Fiona, you made my day!

Crooked as can be, he has no problem taking your money but he will do absolutely nothing after getting paid. Even worse than doing nothing he confused my case with someone else's, sent me a letter stating my ticket had been dismissed, a few days later I received a letter from the court informing me my $300 Was do In the weeks and I had a month to complete defensive driving. Hiring Jack byno cost me $200 more than the original cost of the ticket.

CROOK - WORTHLESS - DO NOT USE!!! Could of got deferred adjudication on my own without this idiots involvement - HE DID NOTHING!!! Keeping up the bad lawyer name with flying colors... DO NOT CONTACT for assistance - HORRIBLE LAWYER!!!

DO NOT contract Jack Byno. He charges a set fee (like all traffic lawyers) that is too expensive and his office has very POOR follow up. I received two letters stating I needed to make a money order to pay my traffic fine to his office; I drove two hours out of my way to make sure the fine arrived on time. As I agree with arc1109's posting in 2011 on YP.com. This law office appears to be a total SCAM!They charge substantial $$ to plead a case and then you end up paying what you would have in the first place. It'd be cheaper to just take the time and plead the case yourself. Each time I called the office, was answered by a lady that was just flat out rude at bast (guessing it was a paralegal). I got a speeding ticket from a Texas State Trooper in Collin County hauling a@#, 94 mph in a 70 mph on 121. It was going to cost me a ton of time and money to keep it off my record. I paid him $75, got a letter a month later saying it was dismissed. Never paid another dime or saw a day in court. Highly recommend to anyone his services.
