While I can understand that a computer crash is not something you can control, when I called 2 days ago to ask a question and mentioned that I had an appointment today, why would you not have taken the opportunity to ask who I was, who I was seeing, and what time the appointment was? That may have prevented me from being turned away today. And honestly, you wouldn't have even had to ask me those questions because I already mentioned them during the phone conversation.
