I have been seeing him since 2015. He has always been kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I cannot express the gratitude I feel for both him and the other doctors on his team. Especially for his PA Elizabeth Gaitley! They have all been great! They go above and beyond when needed….i will forever be grateful to them all!
Huge thankful shout out to Dr. Basil and his staff! Dr. Basil was highly recommended to me by a group of nurses and another Oncologist who we think the world of. They were ALL RIGHT!!! I do not recommend Dr. Jack B. Basil! He performed my hystorectomy Aug 2018 with Stage 1 uterine Cancer. He explained to me & m/husband the low risk of speading-even drawing it on paper that after hysterectomy he would only remove 4 lymph nodes to test! I began having adema swelling, so I asked the office how many he removed late Dec 2018. They were hesitant to tell me. When they told me 27 was removed, I was very upset! I cannot say enough about the excellent care my Mother received from Dr. Basil. He talked to us on a level that we could understand and made sure all our questions were answered. We had Hospice at the end and the nurses were very impressed with him also. If anything was needed he took care of it immediately even while he was on vacation. Thank you Dr. Basil for making our last couple months with our Mother better because you were there.
Dr. Basil took very good care of me. I felt at ease with him. He is self confident, patient, and kind. My surgery and quick recuperation were amazing, thanks to Dr. Basil doing my surgery laparoscopically. I would definitely recommend Dr. Basil to family and friends. The staff was very efficient and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had. Wait time was always minimal at appointments. Thanks, Dr. Basil and staff.
