Jack did an incredible job as our wedding DJ, but that title feels like an understatement because he does so much more!! He played live violin during the ceremony which made the moment all the more magical, he worked with us on our timeline leading up to the wedding, and he constantly kept an eye on things behind the scenes to make sure the evening was moving on track. Your sterotypical songs playing, and if you want that Jack will do it, but with JB Music he will take the time to get to know your preferences and style and customize the lineup to your music tastes. He kept a balance of mood and vibe throughout the night rather than stick to a routine. Jack did a wonderful job as MC, keeping our guests informed and ready for the next event. Jack crushed it at our wedding! We asked him to keep the dance floor going all night and to give us 2010 party music and he absolutely delivered. He came all the way to Madison and was incredibly easy to work with. Jack helped us throughout the wedding planning process and helped us think through a lot of different ideas. We even asked him to gather money from our guests when they wanted us to kiss (instead of clinking glasses) that we later donated to a local animal shelter and he was excited and onboard from the beginning.... read more
Jack is the absolute best in every way - so kind, flexible, helpful, talented, and willing to help in any way he can! He truly made our day perfect. He listened to what we wanted and delivered flawlessly. And the violin for our ceremony and cocktail hour truly put everything over the top!! Where do we even begin when we talk about our experience with Jack Boatman Music? Jack was absolutely incredible to work with. Not only did we get a kick-*** DJ (literally we only heard incredible feedback from our guests) but we also had the honor of having Jack be our live violinist for our ceremony.
