I had a fantastic experience here with such professional staff, nurses (shout out to Misty who looked after me so well), great anaesthetist and caring surgeon. I have medical anxiety and I was cared for so well to help me with this.
Go here regularly to help a friend through the C Journey. The staff here are some of the friendliness, caring, funny and just good people, making everyone feel like you are a part of the family. 🤗🤗🤗🤗
I have always had a good experience here when coming for my monthly IBD treatment. The staff are kind, gentle and understanding. I am sometimes quite difficult to cannulate, but the nurses make sure I am comfortable and calm. The volunteers always brighten the day when they come around and ask if we would like food or a cup of tea/coffee. Everyone contributes to making a terrible experience, a whole lot more enjoyable!
The first "hospital" that I actually like, and feel at home, comfortable and cared for. Wonderful facilities and staff. Drawback was that staff may take longer than you expected to attend to your call button some times, and parking is $4/hr with no cap and at all hours which is quite a strain! Otherwise, I recommend them.
