Could not be more happy than going with Jack Arkle Tax to have our taxes done. My fiancé and I decided to have our taxes done through a CPA this year as we have always used TurboTax. Would give 0 stars if it was an option . Dealing with the IRS and an invalid $185,000 bill because of a huge mistake this firm made . Called to get it addressed months ago , was told it was a simple paper that needed to be sent and that it would be taken care of. We’ve now had to hire a tax attorney at this point . Trying to get through to someone at this office is also a nightmare . Definitely take your important tax business somewhere else.
