Quick and efficient service
I love Tracy and Ed!!! My first experience with the shop was when my headlight bulb was stuck (I was trying to change it). Trey was the first one I spoke to. He was very professional and was very honest about any services I inquired about. I went back about a day or 2 later to get another issue resolved. I went back again for brakes today. I love these folks!! They were very honest about the work needed and sometimes, they can find you a great discount! Great help putting air in my tire
This place is a scam! I took my car to them to have mechanical repairs. Not only did they overcharge me but they made my problems worse. They also broke my transmission stick and my AC filter. When I called them back regarding these issues, they caught an attitude and denied it. I talked to the nice ppl at O’rileys and apparently I’m not the only one complaining about them. I went to them due to reviews but I’m assuming these reviews are fake. Don’t go to them. Take your car elsewhere. I wouldn’t let them repair my bike.
On yesterday, I was searching for a used tire and remembered I had went to Jack Americ in the past...I am very pleased with the EXCELLENT customer service I was given by the employees and the owner!!! Thank you!!!
