Dr. Pines is a good doctor. But his office manager Marcia Gollab is not a good person. Dr.Pines didn’t hire you to tell patient to look for a new doctor. You need patients to get pay. With out patients no money. Poor service but good doctor. One of the young lady name Lala is so nice and respectful. Dr.pines this is not the first time. Please make it make sense. Marcia Gollab how do you tell a patient to go find a different doctor?
Very poor customer service. The phone rings without being answered and it does answer the Rep is rude.
