Jaci went above and beyond helping us find the perfect place to live in Corpus. We are from KS escaping the winters and Corpus was all new to us. We leased for a year to know for sure what area of Corpus we wanted to live in. She was very patient and took a lot of time and effort helping us find that perfect house. We hired Jaci O'Neill to help with our government move from Atlanta to Corpus Christi. Government moves are tough because of many restraints with time and locations. Jaci was extremely knowledgeable about every area of Corpus Christi including the types of issues each area had. For example, one house we were interested in was in an area know for foundation issues. Sure enough, the house was under construction, fixing a foundation problem. She also knows how to guide you in choosing the best house in terms of future resale.
Our experience with Jaci was quite interesting to say the least. We had contacted another agent from Zillow at first, but they were not proactive in helping us or informative about the market or homes. My family and I were stationed in Guam and sent an email to Jaci (apparently at 3:45 am) informing her that we had found a home we liked and wanted her to submit an offer.
