Great and efficient! From scheduling a visit to the actual visit itself, everything was so seamless. Jay helped me schedule my visit and was able to answer any questions I had regarding cost and scheduling for future visits. Dr. Jachniewicz is knowledgable and without a long visit she was able to finish everything needed from taking x-rays to cleaning to answering any questions I had.
Dr. Jachniewicz is the kindest most compassionate and honest dentist I’ve ever encountered. Today was not only Sunday, but also a snowstorm and she opened the office for my son’s girlfriend. She helped fix her pain from a wisdom tooth removal she had at her oral surgeon. She’s been beyond kind to my mom who is elderly and hard of hearing as well. I’d recommend her to anyone I know! They don’t make doctors like her anymore!
We recently left a practice that I had went to since a child and found Dr. Jachniewicz. She was excellent and patient with both myself and my children. The office is clean and no wait times. We have officially changed dentists!
Dr Jachniewicz has always been professional, but warm, focused, but never in a rush. Never had a negative experience with or her staff. Every interaction has been one of mutual respect and understanding. We moved in the last few years and really miss the quality of care. Definitely making another appointment when we're back in NYC. Dr Eve FTW!
Rude receptionist (possibly dentist husband) harassing me for my spouse’s missed appointment fee of $100 during the height of Covid when my husband had COVID & missed appointment. I will gladly take my business elsewhere you don’t have to tell me twice
