My mother had been given this doctor back when she had a pituitary tumor surgery. At first he was ok, however his office staff and appointment slots are utterly terrible. From the time of your appointment to the time you actually see the doctor and leave can take up to 3 hours, likely due to a completely incompetent office staff. Mom stuck with Dr. Zajac anyway because he was doing ok for her. However, as time went on, he became less interested in mom's situation. Take in consideration that this office does not respect appointment time slots. Be prepared to spend much more time than planned. The patients run out of patience while the rude front desk staff giggles. Of course, they do not care that you may have other obligations or other things to do, or that you took time off from work or that you are paying a nanny extra time to watch your kids etc. Based on this experience it does not matter how good the doctor may be. It is not worth it. No efficiency + staff attitude! No thanks!
Knowledgeable in his field. Takes his time and listens, therefore I didn't mind the occasional wait time.
I’ve seen him off an on over many years. He’s a very caring doctor and takes time to exspain. Not sure what’s up with his schedule. It’s hit or miss with the wait time. I think the wait is worth it for the quality of care. I just make sure I have the time to wait. It hard to find a doctor of his caliber. Highly recommend him
