The worst place ever. They have no care for the residents. The COO is absolutely a heartless soul. The food is always cold because the director is very disorganized. I don’t think he knows how to manage. No control over the meal service. Stay away.
Jacaranda Trace has a good product to sell and Kristin was so patient with us. We will be back for a second visit.
