The service inside of this office is outstanding. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I have never been to a dentist office like this in my life. I plan to bring all of my children here because the atmosphere is so child friendly It’s unbelievable. Dr. Rene is so helpful and makes you feel comfortable. Thank you so much for your help. During my time at this office, I enjoyed working with the team and genuinely felt we had a family environment. The staff worked hard and supported one another, and the patients were always our priority. The biggest downfall came with the change in management. The new manager, Giselle, consistently treated employees with disrespect, often speaking to staff in a condescending or dismissive way. I highly recommend Jacaranda West. They have been wonderful with my kids. The staff, doctors, hygienists, are patient and caring with the kids. In particular, I’d like to commend Melanie, the treatment coordinator. My son needs orthodontic treatment to treat an underbite and was extremely afraid of going to the dentist. Something as simple as taking an xray was very difficult to do. Melanie was able to connect with my son, explaining the process in a way that he understood and felt excited about.
