We called for information regarding results ordered by a Dr in this clinic, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional which is very surprising as the Dr was very kind when I was in hospital and these test were ordered.

Dr Kelly is the kindest person I have ever met
I have had the best care and kindness when visiting this clinic. The doctors are some of the best and they work diligently to get to diagnose and treat illness. I love the small home environment and appreciate the difficulty of more patients than doctors in our area. Thank you all for your dedication.
Receptionist was INCREDIBLY rude. I was given a card by our delivery and early maternity clinic to call and book an appointment with this clinic for our babies 3 month checkup — basically a handoff. I called and asked, explaining the handoff situation, and the receptionist was snarky and blustered; “well why did you call me, we can’t take you.” if that’s who is at the front desk, I can’t imagine the rest of the clinic is much better. Thanks a lot.
