the receptionist is INCREDIBLY rude!! I was told to phone in to get information & results & she simply said cause i’m not a “real patient”, she can’t help & wont, even though doctor kelly referred me & told me to call her back for the results.
The receptionist is so unhelpful and rude. This last phone call with her was the last straw, so here I am. So unhelpful, in summary, telling me too bad there was a mistake on a prescription refill. Another time she’s too busy watching hockey to make another appointment. She can’t wait to hang up on me. It’s too bad because some of the doctors there are really fantastic, and there is one nurse type person that puts the blood pressure monitor on and she’s so friendly and kind. We called for information regarding results ordered by a Dr in this clinic, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional which is very surprising as the Dr was very kind when I was in hospital and these test were ordered.
