Totally unethical for an Urgent Care that closes at 9pm to turn away a patient, a SICK 10mo old BABY, who arrived at 8:20pm... Way before closing! My son calls me telling me he has been knocking and knocking on the door, that an employee walks up telling him THRU the LOCKED door that they can't see my Granddaughter because they're at capacity, mind you, there are only 3 people in the waiting room.
