Would be very cautious when looking at house is represented by her in the future
She did not represent us, but in my opinion she caused us to lose a house. I didn’t like how she conducted herself with us and our realtor, she went radio silent and made random excuses for delays, using our offer to shop around without giving us a chance to increase our bid in the last hours of attorney review, which our budget was way above our existing accepted offer and their asking. I would not be surprised if the house ends up going for significantly less than what we were prepared to pay… so much for acting in the bes... read more
