Looked around for 10 minutes for someone to serve us, when we found someone he was too busy moving cars around. Even got told off when we tried to look in one of the J5’s. Lost sale
Very disappointing experience with JAC/Jaecco Mornington. We were told delivery would take “a couple of weeks” no clear answer or proper update regarding the vehicle took a month. The communication has been extremely poor. We have repeatedly tried to get confirmation, and even our financier attempted to contact the team, but responses have been delayed or ignored. Bought a Omoda C9 the customer service we got from Bernard who sold us the car. Then Chris in the accounts department and we also dealt with Simon across the road at Chery. They have all dealt with us impeccably and will recommend and the next car will be from this dealership. Thanks for the excellent service.
Recently bought a Jaecoo J7 Ridge from the fabulous team in Mornington. Bernard in Sales and Chris in finance went above and beyond to ensure a smooth sale and handover of the vehicle. Bernard was extremely knowledgable on the vehicle (even though had not long landed on our shores) and the test drive experience had me sold before leaving the car yard.
