Great instructors , welcoming environment , variety of exercises - feels great to combine cardio, weights and punch a variety of bags!! Exercise and stress relief all in one - who could ask for better self care?
I was very scared to start a new workout. I went to the intro class and it was amazing! Instead of being scared I'm excited to start and know the instructors are there to guide me.
The best workout ever! Cardio, strength, core all in 45 minutes! Owner Kim and all the instructors are fabulous. Always encouraging and helpful with my modifications. Going back East for summer. So sad to leave Jabz. Don’t be intimidated. Give it a try!
