The positivity and motivation at Jabz is amazing, from the owner on down to the awesome trainers and the most unbelievably supportive women! The trainers are like having your own personal cheer team! Hands down the best workout experience I’ve had. This is a place that empowers women.
The support you get from the trainers is amazing!! There is zero intimidation factor. They want you to succeed in your health journey and will help to push you to be the best you!! No matter what your fitness level is, they got you.They become friends/family. I love my Jabz classes!!!!
I love the workouts Jabz, they are different everyday and challenging. The trainers are all super nice, encouraging and always challenge you to push yourself. If you aren't quite getting a move they always help explain and even show you how its done.
I have been going to Jabz for almost one year. I have lost 20 pounds and gained strength and confidence I have not had in a very long time. The trainers are amazing and motivating. Going to Jabz is my "me" time and nothing else matters when I am there. It is my happy place.
