I’ve been training at Jabz for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier. Tess has this incredible way of pushing you beyond your limits while still making you feel supported and encouraged. She genuinely cares about the clients progress. Whether it's perfecting my form or motivating me to give that extra push, I always expect to feel stronger not just physically but mentally after the workout.
My wife and I scheduled for our first class on 4/30/24 for the 5:30 class at Gilbert. We've never been here before. We came in at 5:40 and the coach denied us from entering the class saying we missed the beginning instructions. I've been to one class in Chandler so I know the coaches usually show what to do several times through the circuit. I let the coach know I can see the instructions at each circuit and we can just jump in. THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON IN HER CLASS. THE GYM WAS EMPTY! SO SHE DEFINITELY HAS TIME TO SHOW US. ... read more
