Do yourself a favor and do not rent from these people. I rented a house and of course they draft their rent every month on the first but when I moved out, they told me it would take 60 days to get back my deposit and then when I still had to call them and remind them that I needed my deposit back when I got back my deposit they took out $450. I'm unsure about the company as a whole, but based on the incredibly horrible experience during the application process, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The woman who was helping my PREGNANT friend view homes was completely out of line. Stating things along the lines of them probably not getting approved because they're not married, assuming that she wouldn't be financially stable due to being pregnant, being very stabd-offish when they wouldn't pay for a home they couldn't see for weeks, and she CONSTANTLY gave... read more
