WARNING to those who want to use this company to manage their leasing space. I have been trying to get information from Michelle Sipe for over a month on a property that they are managing. She apparently thinks that small businesses aren't worth dealing with. I would suggest finding another real estate management company to deal with if you are in the market. She has her "assistant" return phone calls but I'm not sure what he does either because I never get anything from him as well. Awful, awful, awful customer service. Not... read more
