For the folks that pay cash for their rent - BEWARE! Just had a problem with paying twice for one month. My fault - was chatting with owners daughter and walked out without a receipt. When asking for the receipt a few days later, NO RECORD FOUND!

Mr. Joseph Jones junior Great service, with excellent customer service. Very friendly, both ladies that work there are beautiful also which definetly helps them rent apartments. Will always rent from this business, they are wonderful. If i ever have a problem they fix it in a second. THANKS JABCO REALTY!
