Extremely Disappointing Experience We hired Todd Spomer with Jabby Handy Man LLC to tear down our old deck and build a new one. Unfortunately, we had nothing but problems from start to finish, and I would not recommend this company. We gave Todd an $8,500 check on September 28 for the materials.
