We’ve had a great experience with JAB over the past two years. The team works efficiently, handles tight timelines with ease, and makes the entire process seamless from start to finish. They’ve also been open to feedback and consistently attentive to our service requests. Professional, reliable, and truly a 11/10 experience.
Terrible service and communication
Jab Real Estate destroys any property they touch. Brian is the most disrespectful and dishonest property manager I have ever dealt with. From the start, they lost our keys and we couldn’t move in until 72 hours after our lease started. Every appliance has broke in the unit and it takes weeks for them to repair. If you see Jab, run. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
Absolutely the worst property management I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been renting from JAB Real Estate for two years, and the experience has been a nonstop headache. Their complete disregard for tenant well-being is astounding. Our apartment has suffered repeated power outages — not the whole building, just some units — for up to 12 hours at a time. I rent in a building that was taken over by JAB in Denver. Jaret is the most unprofessional manager I’ve dealt with in a long time. Defensive and disrespectful. If you are looking to rent at 1330 N Gaylord in Denver, don’t. The washer in units are terrible, our hot water barely works, security is a huge issue doors are not secure. Stay far away from this company.
