I've had Jaayda Ellingham on my podcast Grey Maybe, multiple times as an expert in psychotherapy, marriage and family therapy and CBT. She is very knowledgable, and I've found her to be helpful with trauma, eating disorders, processing experiences, and grief. Not all therapists are created equal, and it can be really hard to find someone who can tune in and relate to whatever someone is going through, and help them process it.
