I booked an appointment for my daughter and I, for her birthday. The website was difficult to book two people at the same time so booked 2 services for 3:30 pm (there were other times after this available so assumed there was room for 2 of us). We arrived at 3:25 and it was empty except one client finishing up her pedicure & leaving. We were offered a refreshment not advising there was a charge. We waited, and waited, and waited. My husband booked us pedicures. It was an awesome experience! Our first time here. It was very relaxing enjoyable experience., all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and even offered us a drink ! Thank you for a great end to the night. We appreciate it.
