Whether you are at the Oskaloosa or Pella location, this bakery simply delivers the best! Cherry donut holes, Dutch letters, Creme Horns, raised glazed donuts, and the awesome breads...we love it all.
I live in Atlantic,Iowa but have friends in Osky so we have to stop there. We were there today and it is hard not to buy some of everything. But everything we did buy was amazing. Love the white walnut bars and the Dutch letters.
We have tried out bakeries all across the country and this is one of the best!
Best bakery, which gets all it's pastries fresh from the Pella location. This bakery and the Pella Jaarsma are simply UNMATCHED for goodness in tasty treats. The Dutch Letters, Bismarcks, Miss Piggy cookies, Puffed Pillows and more... You cannot walk out of this place disappointed. I have tried to find something that even comes close all across this great country - and there is nothing like it anywhere. Jaarsma is simply the best!
