Dr. Jaap Patel and Dr. Bram are excellent Doctors. They speak regular English without any foreign accents. Their care is impeccable. Truly patient focused care. Their staff is very responsible also. I have been a patient of Hanover Family Practice for over 40 years. And the transition to these newer doctors has been fantastic.

They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, provided clear and detailed explanations, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Their professionalism and expertise were evident, and I truly appreciated their kind and compassionate approach.
I saw Dr. Patel for a virtual visit when my doctor and other doctors at my regular practice were unavailable. He was was a great listener, asked many questions, and took my concerns very seriously.
