First time being seen went smooth. The wait did not take long at all mainly because of me checking in through MyChart prior to my visit. The staff was nice. Dr. Patel is genuinely attentive, he truly listens and takes the time to understand your concerns without making you feel rushed. Dr. Jaap Patel is simply the most outstanding primary care physician I've ever had. He has thorough knowledge of current research, is very kind, but what makes him stand out is that he is very present when he is with you, he listens carefully and never makes you feel rushed.

Dr. Patel is awesome! From when he greets you to when you leave. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants what's best for you. If you're in the market for a Doc he's the guy to go to! Highly recommend!!
