Received a quote for a new roof from JA Taylor Roofing. Had to.call and email the salesman numerous times to get him to answer questions I.had concerning the quote. After not hearing from him, I reached out to another person at the company, and was told they would have him call me. Never heard from either of them again. Everyone I've been in contact with has had an extremely horrible experience with this company, starting with an exorbitant price and non existent service after the sale.
I paid J A Taylor Roofing $5133.33 to replace my roof on 1/18/2019. Excuse after excuse as to why they weren't starting. On 4/30/2019 Ryan told me that the job would NEVER start unless I paid him more money. Buyer beware. Their word and their contract are worthless.
JA Taylor Roofing installed a new standing seam metal roof on our home in June of 2019. There is a 5 yr. warranty in place. In 2020 we noticed a discoloration on approximately 2/3 of the panels on only one side of our home. The discoloration was uniform over each panel. In other words, it was the entire panel that showed discoloration, not portions of those panels. We contacted JA Taylor immediately. They did not respond.
