Used JA Smith for years. Very disappointed. They sent a very young guy out yesterday to "service the unit." Two hours before the scheduled appointment we received a call saying he was on his way. We objected because it was not the scheduled time and we were working. The rep replied "well he is on his way." He arrives 2 hours early and inartfully starts trying to convince us to buy a new unit.
