After an initial mishap where the cleaner didn't arrive for our original scheduled time, Jess made a quick plan to reschedule us in and offered a discount for the inconvenience which wasn't necessary but we were very appreciative. She came the following day and we were very happy with the clean, felt like a new home! Jess is sweet, accommodating and thorough. I would definitely recommend her!
