It is hard to know who to pick when searching for a contractor but I'm glad I picked JA Overhead Door. My garage door spring broke and I was able to schedule a repair in a reasonable time. Justin arrived on time and was professional and courteous. Justin evaluated the garage and found an additional issue. He fixed the garage door springs and the additional issue in a single afternoon for an affordable price.
We were very very happy with the original installation several years ago, and, more importantly, the excellent service we received AFTER the installation. We had a very large 16 foot insulated door installed. Over the years we could always count on this company for all our needs and prompt service. I called JA Overhead Door on a Wednesday afternoon after, unfortunately, there was a snafu with a car and a garage door; I don't think I need to give the details, the damage photo speaks for itself.
