Roy from Ja-Mar Roofing (the company that performed the prior whole house roofing 10 years ago) reached out to offer a no obligations roof inspection due to recent hail storming in my area. He took numerous pictures to show that my 10 year old roof had areas of minor damage from hail storming but more surprisingly, he noted that I had shingles buckling upward at random areas on the roof. Ja Mar Roofing replaced our roof in 2017. They did an awesome job and any time there's bad weather they always check in. Today Roy Marin came out to inspect our roof after I contacted them over the weekend. I was expecting them to use a drone but Roy physically climbed on the roof and did a thorough inspection. He stated that the roof looked great and he saw no issues. I highly recommend Ja Mar Roofing and Roy Marin. I trust them!
My 10 year old roof had shingles buckling upward at random areas on my roof. Ja-Mar (who was the prior roofing company 10 years ago) offered a free inspection. They stated that the buckling was from foundation settlement and offered two options: 1) file a hail storm claim with my homeowner's insurance or 2) replace only the shingles that had buckled upward. Dustin Shinn was extremely helpful in encouraging us through the insurance claim process and their house was approved for a new copper roof.
