To be a patron of this business would condone animal abuse. For someone to neglect and exploit a defenseless creature for financial gain is one of the most despicable act a person can commit. Not only has she behaved as if she's above the law, but she is shown that she lacks any moral compass or compassion. The owner is under investigation of animal cruelty. It was the worst experience I've ever had. I am 62 yrs old and purchased a tanning package for there top bed. The bed is in disrepair and very hard to close and open. I spoke with the owner and she was not willing to do anything other than tell me all sales are final. I ask if she could exchange packe for lotion but she wouldn't. I'm out $74 because she is unwilling to work with me. I will be calling Ja Makin Me Tan headquarters and letting them know how their name is being represented. I was very happy with this salon for a couple of months, but not so now. There is definitely a lack of communication between the owners and the staff. It was time to renew my membership, and I was not going to renew it because I was leaving town for a week or so, and did not want to be out the money. They suggested sessions, or freezing my membership until I returned. I opted for freezing my membership because sessions end up costing more. Best tanning salon I have ever been too! The staff is so friendly. The prices are unbelieveable. The darkest tan I have got in a long time around here. Thanks Ja Makin Me Tan for having such a great place to go tan at!!
