I've hired Jason to work on my rentals in Duluth for 15 years. The last project I hired him for he asked for a down payment. Which was unusual because he never asked for down payments in the past. But because he did a good job for 15 years I gladly paid him the $6000. Shortly after I paid the excuses started coming as to why he couldn't finish. So disappointing. Been battling with him for 2 years to return the $6000. So far I have received $1200. If you go with Jason definitely do NOT pay until the work is complete.

I would not recommend this painter at all. He took advantage of my mom after she paid him a lot of money. He does not keep his word and did a lot of damage to her home.

Exterior house painting and took almost three years from start to finish! Three entire summers of not being able to complete the job bc he just wouldn’t come for weeks at a time… and wouldn’t respond to requests. When he did, he always had excuses, made promises to come soon on an upcoming day, and he he wouldn’t show… how inexcusable when this happens repeatedly. It’s not a way to do business.
