Horrible bedside manner. Unprofessional, coming in the room to examine my husband wearing old and ratty sweatpants. My husband had emergency hand surgery and had no choice of doctors as she was the one on call. If you have a choice, do not choose this doc.
I went to see Dr. Gu and had the worst most impersonal doctor visit in my life. Not only was I seen 1 hour after my appointment time but she was in my exam from for a maximum of 8 minutes. She did not even examine my arm. She looked at the scans and said we will get you in a cast. I asked about further complications with my joint and she was almost annoyed at my question—which is the only one that got an answer to. Dr. Gu was extremely helpful and understanding of my unique situation that required medically necessary scar revision surgery. She answered all my questions, was kind, and the surgery was a success. Thank you, Dr. Gu. *Note* I put in a review for Dr. Gu a few weeks ago and it looks like it was deleted. That's not ok. But I have posted my review again here.
Dr. Is a horrible misleading woman , she performed surgery on my face and arms leaving me looking a complete mess, lm so disgusted I considered calling the show, Botched, or call the Channel 6 news to share my story. As of now I'm searching for a specialist that can perform the surgery the correct way, and satisfying results
