I had to go to Dr. Haselhorst as I had a cracked tooth, my own dentist was on vacation. I went into the office, they checked my insurance, and told me I would be charged another $150 to repair the filling. I said ok and paid the $150. A month later, I received a bill for $500....the total charge he placed on reparing this filling was $725!! He even said he gave me veneers (an hour appointment; don't know how).
