Bad experience in January 2017. They broke a marble topped side table which I didn’t notice for a few days because they directed the broken edge toward a corner of the wall. They almost broke the marble top of a sofa table by assuming it was attached to the wooded stand. They sent me to the hardware store to get the tools necessary to take my bed frame apart only to find they had the tools all along. They answered all our questions and phone calls in a very timely manner. And they arranged a move that worked perfectly with our schedule and in our budget.
