This is the first time I had used Gould's and I was very pleased with their work. They replaced a valve on a leaking steam radiator. They came out within 24 hours of my call (fit me in around other jobs.) Their employees were professional, polite, and good communicators. I highly recommend using them.
Was a joke the lady asked if it was gas or propane and then proceeded to tell me she they didn't work on either. Then told me they couldn't do cleanings and only some repairs cause they weren't licensed to do it.
I would strongly recommend this company, everyone that has come to work at my house has been polite, knowledgeable and quick. Thank you so much for fitting me into todays schedule!
