John is AMAZING! Stop looking for another Electrician – I called John about an electrical outlet problem in my kitchen and he fixed the issues within one hour. He's extraordinarily courteous, knowledgeable and can explain your problem in layman's terms. I highly recommend him. As a new homeowner I'm glad I don't have to worry about any electrical issues in the future since John is just a phone call away.
competent and quick – John from J.A. Electric came the first day we called to fix a couple of hanging pendant lights. He identified the problem right away, and although he didn't have the part, he found someone who had one in stock (rather than ordering and waiting) and came back the next day and did the install in under 10 minutes. He also cut the price down, and only charged us for one visit even though he came twice. I have no reservations in recommending him to anyone!
An Absolute Pleasure – Let me begin by saying that I would recommend J.A. Electric to anyone, everyone- my own mother? Absolutely. There is nothing that makes me cringe more than getting a report from staff that there is a plumbing or electrical issue in our very old Back Bay building. Great Electrician – Did a fantastic job installing and updating my ceiling outlets. Was friendly and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Courteous and professional Electrician – John from J.A. Electric was very courteous and professional both over the phone and in person. He came out on a Saturday to assess and rectify a problem with my heat/thermostat. I recommend him highly.
High Quality Electrician – John did a great job solving my electrical issues. I live on the West Coast, but own a condo back East. John quickly addressed my issue, kept me apprised of the situation, clearly explained the problem and the solution, and offered up some ideas to troubleshoot this problem in the future. Look no further when deciding upon an electrician for your electrical needs.
