After dealing with storm damage on my roof, I contacted JA Edwards for an inspection and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their team was knowledgeable, we work with the same Project Manager (Bates) the hole project. The comunication was smooth and the crew was professional and the work was completed on time, and the final resulta was awesome. They are the roofing contractor in Jacksonville that i recommend.

My roof failed several years after the install. The shingles shifted and also shrank away from dripline. JA Edwards refused to repair. I strongly recommend AGAINST using this company.

The nightmare that never ends...roof was replaced 8 years ago. House was flooded during installation because they didn't cover the roof during rain storm. Many of the soffits where unhinged to get shingles in tight places and not re-secured, this cause a rat and squirrel infestation. Multiple roof leaks, around chimney and in the kitchen. Shingles laid over old nails creating holes. All the valleys were laid incorrectly. Facing a roof replacement in order to fix.

We had our roof replaced by JA Edwards of America recently, and honestly the whole process was way easier than we expected. Delaney was great the entire time. He checked in with us, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable through every step. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and the roof came out beautiful. The cleanup was also impressive. You always hear horror stories about roofing companies leaving nails and trash everywhere, but our property was spotless after they finished. We recently had JA Edwards work on our office building, and honestly the experience was great. The communication was solid the whole time, the crew was respectful, and everything moved way faster than we expected. They handled everything professionally and made the process a lot less stressful than dealing with contractors usually is. The roof came out great and the property was left clean after the job was done. Definitely a company we’d use again.
